US Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the U.S.. Packages will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless another shipping method is selected at checkout.

 

Expedited shipments placed Monday – Saturday prior to 12pm will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will ship the following day. Orders placed on Sunday will ship on Monday.

While most orders are processed within 24-hours, orders may take 1-3 business days to process prior to shipment.  Delivery timeframes are an estimate and are not guaranteed, it make take the carrier longer than stated.

 

The shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes and discounts, and is non-refundable.

 

  • All US Orders less than $100: Flat $10
  • Orders over $100: Free standard shipping
  • Standard shipping - USPS Priority Mail: $10 (est. 2-3 business days)
  • Expedited shipping - UPS 2 Day: $35 (est. 1-2 business days)

 

International Shipping 

 

We offer free standard shipping on all Canadian orders over $150 and International orders over $250. Packages to Canada will be shipped via UPS Standard.  Rates will be calculated based on your location and weight of package. 

 

Orders will ship the following day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday.

Deliveries outside of the US  may be subject to additional custom duties and service fees. Please note that Coragem does not have any control over the respective duties and fees, and cannot advise as to what the costs may be. For more information, please contact your local customs office. 

 

Returns

We offer free 30-day returns for all customers in the US. For all international orders customers will be responsible for shipping the package back to us.  The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Requirements

  • Items must be in their original condition without any signs of wear or damage.
  • All original packaging (Boxes, holders, and pouches) must be returned.

Returns will be processed 7-10 days after the package is received. Once processed you will receive an email confirming the return.
